We are in August 2023 and the WM has released a Video Message to all Members.
Feel free to view and look forward to seeing you all soon.
Greeting to you all Brethren,
The Worshipful Master of The Lodge of Australia No.3 cordially requests your attendance to our January 2023 Regular Meeting
On this day we will be meeting at SMC and tyling at 6:30pm , in Lodge Room #3. We will then join the members of Lodge Antiquity at their Burns Night Dinner shortly after closing. So I ask that all Officers and Members of LOA3 attending be ready to tyle and commence our meeting at 6:30pm. Once we have closed our meeting we can then join Lodge of Antiquity in their meeting which will start at 7:00pm and once proceeding completed, we all together go and celebrate BURNS NIGHTS 2023 !!!
On a beautiful Saturday in August 2022, dedicated members of The Lodge of Australia No.3 gathered at Bunnings Alexandria to cook up a storming sausage sizzle.
Since the weather helped out , we had many a client come out to purchase some tasty sausages in a roll in support of our Charity - A Start in Life.
I can also happily announce that we had many clients come back for a second or third purchase, so applause to our cooks for a great work (Anthony Barry, Hadi Jalgha). Our service would not be complete or to the excellent service standards and effort without WB John Carroll, who kept a keen eye on ensuring we were all in sync, Vedran (our petitioner), Mohammad Ashrafinaia and his son Michael, Adrian (Hadi Son) who were all instrumental on organising the bread, keeping the back room working seamlessly and supporting our cooks. And who can forget , our face of the BBQ , WB Graeme Dennis, who with his charm and smile kept the clients going back to their wallets and purses and kept us all informed of the next order.
Overall , it was a memorable day which apart from supporting our charity, was a day that brought those of us there closer together, as Brother, meeting members of each others family (like little Marcus Anthony's son, with his disarming smile) and meeting Hadi's and Mo's sons whom we can all agree have the traits to be great men in the future.
Happy to announce that we collected circa. $1600 for A Start in Life
Personally, I look forward for the support of Brethren from The Lodge of Australia for our next Bunning BBQ on 10th September 2022 at Bunning Alexandria. Please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.or reply to this message advise of your intention to assist on this day. Great job everyone, and as Worshipful Master, I could not be more proud and look forward to this Lodge picking itself back up again after COVID with the support from its Members.
Sincerely - Thankyou and all the best Brethren
Luis Salvo
Its is with great pleasure that I advise we are having a Bunnings BBQ on the 10th September at Alexandria Bunnings.
This is to raise funds for the a Start in Life charity (https://www.astartinlife.org.au/) , where we look to support Children who are under privileged and need schooling support.
Please see the link below, and register for either a Morning / Afternoon or BOTH sessions to be part of the team.
We need at least 6 people on each session, so your help is really needed.
All help is appreciated, if you have a teenage kid or partner that wants to help, they are more than welcome

On the 18th of February 2022, the Members of Lodge of Australia gather to work and celebrate their Installation Night for 2022. And it was a wonderful night, with an excellent display of ritual, a good turnout of members and visitors to the occasion and a great representation from Grand Lodge on the night.
Lodge of Australia, like many other Lodges, had been impacted by COVID and the various restrictions which had been imposed to us all. But given the opportunity to support their Installation Night and they gathered and honoured the importance of the night
On this this night, IPM WB J. Carroll, led installed the new WM Salvo into the chair of King Solomon. The IPM WB Carroll delivered the ritual with precision and quality. The Officers on the night, also delivered their pieces with excellence. Overall, the Lodge Officers and members did the Lodge and its members proud.
The success on the night could not have been achieved without the Master delivery of ritual by the GDC VW Bro. Christian Tejeda. The work overall supported and supervised by the Deputy Grand Master RW Bro Dr Graeme Moller ensured the night was a success overall.
After the formal aspect of the night, the new WM L Salvo and his Officers and Members held a Installation Dinner which was filled with laughter, Brother Love and plenty of good food and wine. But for those in attendance, it was the Unity of the Brothers gathered which was the culminating moment of the night and truly a night to be remembered.
We congratulate the new WM and Officers of Lodge of Australia, and we look forward to more of the nights of excellent work, brotherly love and unity throughout the year.
Brethren, it is with great pleasure , and the Worshipful Masters' wish, that we inform you of our Installation night on the Friday 18th of February, tyling at 18:00 with admission of visitors at 18:30, at the SMC
Please see the attached invitation and booking area below
Please book through the link also for dinner afterwards, as with COVID we need to know numbers and there may be restrictions.
Please also be advised that there is always the distinct possibility that arrangements may need to be altered in the case of a State-wide directive or change of pandemic planning - but for now this has been confirmed and will be going ahead as planned.
Book by the deadline in the leaflet to avoid disappointment and come and celebrate with the brethren and the new officers.
Dear All,
It has been a difficult time for our Lodge, with COVID and community concerns making it difficult to have members join our Lodge to have our Installation in November 2021.
Added to this was the Christmas break and New Year.
But we are still pray and keep a positive attitude to have our Installation on 18th February 2022.
This article is to communicate who the Officers will be for 2022 and the work allocation for the Installation night.
Please review and make a good effort on being ready to perform your role on the night.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Worshipful Master , Bro L Salvo or our Secretary.
